ABOUT TANIA
Tania Marschall is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 17 years of professional nursing practice experience. Tania received her Master's degree from SUNY Upstate College of Nursing in Syracuse, New York. She has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including emergency medicine, surgical and medical intensive care units, the Onondaga County community justice system, forensics, mental health, and addiction.
Tania's passion for psychiatric nursing stems from being at the patient’s bedside where she identified a need to bridge the gap between sustaining the emotional and physical needs of patients with improved quality of life and healthcare outcomes.
Tania's work focuses on creating caring occasions and establishing a safe and therapeutic environment. Her goal is to avoid constraints imposed by insurance companies. Tania’s practice lends individuals the opportunity to see her as often and until patient’s symptoms are in remission. Tania is dedicated to patients’ growth, insight, and self-empowerment.

PRICING
Initial evaluation
60-90 minutes $385
Our initial appointment includes assessment, diagnosis, acceptance into practice or referral to another provider, and development of an appropriate and comprehensive treatment plan.
Medication management
25 minutes $160
During this appointment we discuss how your medication is working for you. We can make any adjustments necessary for your individual treatment plan.
Medication management and psychotherapy
50 Minutes $ 300
Psychotherapy or "talk therapy" refers to a range of treatments that can help with emotional challenges. During psychotherapy, we will process emotional difficulties, behaviors and feelings to help cope with major life challenges, anxiety, depression, stress and more.
Cancellation fee $100 without a 48 hour notice.
We provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. We do not bill insurance at this time.
POLICES

Acceptance into the practice: At the conclusion of your initial appointment, Tania will offer a treatment plan, if your needs can be best served by the practice or if your needs would be best served elsewhere. Tania will suggest a referral to an appropriate level of care.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations. This policy helps patients access the care they need, when they need it. If you do not provide 24-hour notice, the cancellation fee will be charged to the form of payment on file with the practice.

Prescription Refill Policy: Prescriptions are written during appointments to cover the time between appointments only. Please be sure appointments are scheduled before prescriptions expire.

Payment Policy: All charges for professional services from Tania Marschall, NP in Psychiatry are charged to the authorized payment form (credit/debit) on file with the practice. Full payment is due at the time of service.

Emergencies: In the event of a medical or psychiatric emergency (for example, agitation, threats of suicide or violence, severe medication side effects, possible overdose, loss of consciousness), call 911 to be transported to the nearest Emergency Department.

Non-Emergency Contact: If an urgent situation arises (for example, mild medication side effects, changes in mood/behavior), call the clinic number (315-401-1316) )to schedule an appointment. All calls regarding urgent matters are returned within 1 business day. Leave a message with an explanation of the reason for the call and contact information.
